These Terms govern your use of Binary Battle. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use this type of service in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with local laws.
2. Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Sign-in is provided through Google Sign-In. Do not share your account.
3. Acceptable use
- No fraud, market manipulation, bots, automated abuse, or exploitation of bugs.
- No use of the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity.
- No attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
4. Gameplay & digital assets — risk disclosure
Binary Battle is an entertainment platform. Prediction outcomes are uncertain and digital assets (including USDT and the in-app BBP token) can be volatile. You may lose value. Nothing on the platform is financial, investment, or trading advice. Only participate with funds you can afford to risk.
5. Fair play
Round results are settled from a public, real-time market feed and are independently verifiable. We reserve the right to void rounds affected by technical faults and to suspend accounts engaged in abuse.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Binary Battle is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses arising from market volatility, network conditions, or events beyond our reasonable control.
7. Changes & termination
We may modify these Terms or the service, and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate them. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
